Founded in Trondheim, Norway in 1989, Motorpsycho is a Norwegian progressive
rock band formed by Bent Sæther (bass/vocals), Hans Magnus "Snah" Ryan
(guitar/vocals) and Håkon Gebhardt (drums), who was later replaced by Kenneth
Kapstad (2007-2016) and Tomas Järmyr (2017-2022). The band’s unique sound was
initially inspired by grunge, metal and indie rock with their first double album
Demon Box released in 1993, earning a nomination for Best Rock Album at the
