MISSIO
Missio are an electronic-alternative duo formed in Austin, Texas, in 2014 by
vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Matthew Brue, later joined by
engineer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer David Butler. After early singles
and the 2016 EP I Don’t Even Care About You, the duo signed with RCA Records and
broke through in 2017 with “Middle Fingers,” which reached number 9 on
Billboard’s Alternative Airplay chart and led into their debut album Loner. The
album also included “Everybody Gets High,” later certified gold by the RIAA,
