Michael Parks, born Harry Samuel Parks on April 24, 1940, in Corona, California,
is an American singer and actor. He began his career as a teenager, drifting
from job to job before breaking into acting with roles in television series such
as The Real McCoys (1961) and Wagon Train (1963). His music career took off when
he starred in the 1969-1970 television series Then Came Bronson, where he sang
"Long Lonesome Highway", which reached number 20 on the Billboard Hot 100. This
