Mellow Man Ace
Ulpiano Sergio Reyes, known professionally as Mellow Man Ace, born April 12,
1967, in Pinar del Río, Cuba, is a Cuban-American rapper. Reyes relocated to Los
Angeles with his family at age four and grew up in South Gate, California. Reyes
released his debut studio album, Escape from Havana, on August 29, 1989, on
Capitol Records. The album produced the single “Mentirosa”, released on March 9,
