Maxence Cyrin
Born on January 30, 1971 in Besançon, France, Maxence Cyrin is a Paris-based
pianist and composer. He is influenced by neo-classical and minimalist classical
music, as well as by pop-rock music. After studying classical piano at a
conservatory, he was introduced to electronic pop and techno. Between 1989 and
1992, he recorded several self-produced albums under his own name and pseudonyms
like Brain in a Box, Z Koncept, Max da Fly, Mental MXC and Zyklus. He released
an album of solo piano music in 1995 entitled Instants. Cyrin signed to DJ
