Matthew Albert Costa, born on June 16, 1982 in Huntington Beach, California, is
an American singer-songwriter. In early 2003, Costa's homemade demo reached Tom
Dumont of No Doubt, leading to the release of two EPs: Matt Costa EP (2003) and
The Elasmosaurus EP (2005). These were later combined into Costa's first
full-length album, Songs We Sing, released in 2005. His debut single "Cold
December" was released in 2006. Costa's second album, Unfamiliar Faces, was
