Mat Kerekes
Mat Kerekes, born on April 22, 1994, in Bedford Township, Michigan, is an
American singer and songwriter. He formed the rock band Citizen in 2009 and
played their first show on January 28, 2010, at Frankie's Inner City in Toledo,
Ohio. He has also been a member of The Flats, his brother Chris Kerekes' band,
playing drums and occasionally contributing vocals. In addition to his work with
Citizen, he has released several solo albums including the EP Mat Kerekes
(2014), Luna & the Wild Blue Everything (2016), Ruby (2019), Nova (2022) and You
