Martine Kimberley Sherrie Ponting, known professionally as Martine McCutcheon,
was born on May 14, 1976, in Hackney, England. She began her career at an early
age, appearing in television commercials and making her television debut in the
children's drama Bluebirds in 1989. Before embarking on a solo music career,
