Born Manuel Turizo Zapata, Manuel Turizo is a singer and songwriter who was born
into a family of musicians on April 12, 2000, in Montería, Colombia. Influenced
by pop, trap, and vallenato, he developed an interest in music as a teenager and
quickly gained international fame in the world of urban Latin music thanks to
the success of the single “Una Lady Como Tú " ( No. 3 in Colombia, No. 2 in
Mexico and Spain). In 2017, he featured on Puerto Rican reggaeton singer
Valentino’s track “Bésame ” (No. 6), and that same year, he enjoyed great
