Mando Saenz moved to Fort Bragg, North Carolina, at three months old. He began
playing guitar in his teens. In Houston, Saenz started performing locally and
was discovered by producer Frank Liddell, who signed him to Carnival Music and
Carnival Recording Company. Saenz released three albums with the label:
Watertown (2005), Bucket (2008), and Studebaker (2013). His songs were recorded
by numerous artists, including Miranda Lambert, Midland, The Oak Ridge Boys, and
Lee Ann Womack. Saenz co-wrote every track save one on Stoney LaRue’s 2011 album
