Mahmundi
Marcela Vale, known professionally as Mahmundi, was born on July 29, 1986, in
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Before launching her solo career, Vale was a vocalist,
guitarist, and songwriter for the band Velho Irlandês. In October 2010, she left
the band to pursue other musical endeavors. Mahmundi's debut came with the
release of the EP Efeito das Cores in 2012, which included collaborations with
Lucas de Paiva on production and Felipe Vellozo on bass. In 2014, Mahmundi won
