Madame Monsieur
Madame Monsieur are a French pop duo formed in 2013 by vocalist Émilie Satt and
producer Jean-Karl Lucas. Satt and Lucas met in 2008, co-writing the track
“Human Bear” for a Ford Mondeo commercial on Satt's 2009 debut solo EP, 01.
Madame Monsieur released their debut EP, Malibu, in 2013, composed the 2015
single “Smile” for French rapper Youssoupha, and released the EP Tandem in 2016.
In 2018, Madame Monsieur achieved international prominence representing France
at the Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon with the single “Mercy”, finishing in
13th place and winning the Marcel Bezenç...
