Machine Men, a Finnish heavy metal band, was formed in 1998 as an Iron Maiden
tribute act. The group initially consisted of Jarno Parantainen, Toni "Antony"
Parviainen, Eero Vehniäinen, and Jani Noronen. In autumn 1998, Turbo J-V joined
on guitar, allowing the band to start writing original material. They released
two demos before taking a hiatus in 2001 due to military service. Upon
returning, Machine Men signed with Dynamic Arts Records and released their
self-titled EP in 2002 featuring covers of Iron Maiden songs. Their debut album
