Lorna Bennett
Lorna Bennett is a Jamaican reggae singer born on 7 June 1952 in Saint Elizabeth
Parish. She achieved professional recognition for a musical style characterized
by reggae interpretations of soul and pop tracks. Bennett began her career
singing in nightclubs while a student in Kingston before being discovered by
Geoffrey Chung. Her recording career includes the tracks "I Believe in You"
(1970) and "Morning Has Broken" (1971). She achieved professional recognition
for the track "Breakfast in Bed" (1972), produced by Harry J and arranged by
