Linus of Hollywood
Kevin Dotson, born on March 4, 1973, in Omaha, Nebraska, is an American singer,
songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer professionally known as
Linus of Hollywood. After learning guitar at age five and later learning to play
drums, bass, and piano, Dotson moved to Los Angeles at age 21 to pursue a career
in music. In 1995, Dotson formed the punk-pop band Size 14, which released its
self-titled debut album in 1997 before disbanding in 1998. Dotson launched a
solo career with the 1999 album Your Favorite Record, followed by Let Yourself
Be Happy (2001) and Triangle (...
