Lech Janerka
Lech Andrzej Janerka, born on May 2, 1953, in Wrocław, Poland, is a Polish
alternative rock singer, bassist, and composer. In the late 1970s, he began
performing as a duo with his wife, Bożena, at student music festivals. In 1979,
he founded the influential No-Wave band Klaus Mitffoch, serving as its leader
and recording their self-titled debut album (1985), which became highly regarded
in Polish rock history. After leaving the group, he embarked on a solo career.
