Landon Christian Anderson Pigg was born on August 6 1983 in Nashville, Tennessee
and began his career as a singer‑songwriter, performing locally and attending
songwriting workshops. He first gained attention with the single "Can't Let Go"
in 2006, followed by the EP This Is a Pigg the same year, which established his
indie pop style and led to a brief deal with a small independent label. In 2006
