Kyle McKearney
Kyle McKearney is a Métis Canadian alternative country singer from Fort
St. John, British Columbia and based in Airdrie, Alberta. Early in his career,
he performed with various country and rock groups and toured with the jukebox
musical We Will Rock You. After a period of career uncertainty, he returned to
Calgary in 2020, posting weekly covers on a video streaming platform before
recording his debut solo album Down‑Home in 2021, which earned a 2022 Canadian
Country Music Award nomination for Alternative Country Album of the Year. In
