Kolohe Kai
Kolohe Kai is a Hawaiian reggae-pop band formed in 2009 on Oahu. The lineup
includes Roman De Peralta (lead vocals), Jasmine Moikeha (vocals), Kolomona Ku
(keyboards, saxophone), Luke Daddario (drums), Imua Garza (guitar), and Kahale
Morales (bass). The members met in high school around 2006. After performing at
local talent shows, De Peralta signed with a record label at age 17, followed by
the rest of the band. Their debut album, This Is the Life (2009), featured the
hit singles "Cool Down" and "Ehu Girl". The band's name, meaning "rascal ocean,"
reflects De Peralta's childhood...
