Knut Anders Sørum, born Knut Sørum on April 12, 1976, in Østre Toten, Norway, is
a Norwegian singer. He gained prominence as a vocalist for the Christian extreme
metal band Vardøger from 1994 to 2006 and represented Norway at the Eurovision
Song Contest 2004 with the pop-ballad "High". After Eurovision, Sørum released
his debut studio album Prøysen in 2010, which reached Number 12 on the official
Norwegian Albums Chart. His subsequent 2013 album titled Ting Flyt entered at
Number 7. He also contributed backing vocals to Wig Wam's 2006 album Wig
Wamania.
