Stephen Spence, born 1971 in Seattle, Washington, is an American rapper who
performed under the stage name Kid Sensation. After guesting on Sir Mix‑a‑Lot’s
Swass and releasing the single "Back 2 Boom" in 1989, Spence issued his debut
album Rollin' With Number One in 1990, featuring the single "Prisoner of
Ignorance". In 1992, he followed with The Power of Rhyme, which included the
track "The Weekend" and a collaboration with Ken Griffey Jr. on "The Way I
