Born Kelly de Almeida Afonso Freitas in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on March 3, 1983,
the pop singer, songwriter, and TV host is better known by her stage name Kelly
Key. She released her debut self-titled album in 2001 at the age of 17. The
album included the controversially suggestive single “Escondido”. Her commercial
