Kas Product
A French duo combining the sensual vocals of Mona Soyoc with the electronic
machines of Spatsz, KaS Product is a benchmark of the French post-punk wave, and
has become a cult for generations. Born of the January 1980 encounter between
Spatsz (Daniel Favre) on synthesizers and drum machines and Mona Soyoc, a jazz
singer and guitarist of Argentinian origin born in Stamford (Connecticut, USA),
KaS Product released an obscure debut EP, Mind Seven, before touring with
Marquis de Sade. Released in 1982, the cold wave and synthpop debut Try Out
enjoyed international exposure and success...
