Kano
Kano was founded in Milan in 1979. The Italian band stands for Italo disco and
combines disco, funk and early electronic sounds. The founders include Luciano
Ninzatti, Stefano Pulga and Matteo Bonsanto. Glen White joined the band as a
singer from the second album onwards. The band released its most important
recordings in the early 1980s. The debut album Kano was released in 1980,
followed by New York Cake (1981) and Another Life (1983). The well-known singles
include "I'm Ready", "It's a War", "Ahjia", "Can't Hold Back (Your Lovin')",
