Kahitna
Kahitna, a pop group originating from Bandung, Indonesia, was founded in 1986 by
Yovie Widianto, who continues to serve as the band’s pianist and keyboardist.
The ensemble, composed of long‑time members such as Bambang Purwono, Hedi Yunus,
Dody Isniani, Andrie Bayuadjie, Budiana Nugraha, and Harry Sudirman, first
attracted attention with the 1994 release of the Cerita Cinta album,
establishing the group’s reputation for blending pop with jazz, funk, and
