Born Karim Al Gharbi on October 14, 1980 in Tunis, K2RHYM grew up in Tunisia
before moving to France at the age of 15. After arriving in Saint-Denis, he
gradually got into music and rap. Signed to Universal Music France in 2004 and
EMI France in 2006, he appeared on compilations before returning to the Arab
world in Lebanon in 2008. With a presence on Virgin Middle East, he made his
