Jupiter Jones
The German band Jupiter Jones hails from the Eifel region and was founded in
2002 during a party by Nicholas Müller (guitar, vocals), Michael Stadtfeld
(bass), Marco Hontheim (drums), and Sascha Eigner (guitar). Their name is
derived from Jupiter Jones, the detective from The Three Investigators. The band
recorded their first demo, Auf das Leben, in the same year they were formed.
Later, they served as the opening act for concerts by the Donots, Muff Potter,
and The (International) Noise Conspiracy. In late 2003, they placed second in
Rhineland-Palatinate at the Rockbuster newcom...
