Joshua Crumbly
Joshua Crumbly, born on October 15, 1991 in Westlake Village, California, is an
American modern jazz musician. He began playing piano at three, received
classical training by five, and switched to electric bass at nine, studying with
Todd Johnson, Reggie Hamilton, and Victor Bailey. Towards the end of his high
school years he added the double bass, later studying under Al McKibbon. After
enrolling at the Juilliard School in 2009, he joined the Terence Blanchard
