John Jones
John Jacob Jones, born December 12, 1957, is a British-Canadian musician, record
producer, songwriter, and engineer. He began his career in the 1970s with
recording sessions at Toronto Sound Studios under Terry Brown. In 1978, Jones
joined CBS Canada's pop group Bond as a keyboardist, guitarist, and vocalist. He
then partnered with Dee Long to design ESP Studios in Ontario, working on
recordings for artists like Klaatu and Alice Cooper. Relocating to London in
1985, he worked at AIR Studios with acts such as Duran Duran and the Rolling
