Jimmy London, born Trevor Anthony Shaw on November 30, 1949 in Saint Catherine Parish, Jamaica, is a Jamaican reggae singer. London first recorded in the late 1960s with the vocal duo The Inspirations, debuting with the single “I Need Money”, before achieving solo chart success in the early 1970s. His solo hits include the covers “Bridge Over Troubled Waters” and “A Little Love”, both of which appeared on his 1972 debut album Bridge Over Troubled Waters.
