Jean Kluger was born on March 31, 1937, in Antwerp, Belgium. He began his career
in music in 1957 at World Music, his father's publishing company. After his
father's death in 1963, Kluger founded Les éditions Jean Kluger and Bleu Blanc
Rouge. Throughout the 1970s, he composed for artists including Dalida, Sheila,
Petula Clark, and Claude François. He collaborated with Daniel Vangarde on hits
for La Compagnie Créole, The Gibson Brothers, and Ottawan. In 1975, Kluger
co-founded the studio Morgan in Uccle, Belgium. His notable compositions include
"DISCO" by Ottawan.
