Jay Park is a rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer from South Korea.
He was born Park Jae-beom in Edmonds, Washington, United States, on April 25,
1987. Jay Park became involved in breakdancing and hip-hop music at a very young
age, participating in several dance contests. In 2005, after winning a
breakdance competition, he moved to South Korea to train in dancing, rapping,
and singing. He then joined the Korean boy band 2PM, with whom he recorded songs
