I Salonisti, a Swiss piano quintet, was formed in 1981. The ensemble initially
gained recognition through their thematically inspired concert programs, which
blended classical and popular music genres. The group's international fame
skyrocketed after they appeared as the onboard orchestra in James Cameron’s film
