Hummingbird, a British rock band formed in 1974, was founded by Bobby Tench of
The Jeff Beck Group. The original lineup included vocalist and guitarist Bobby
Tench, keyboardist Max Middleton, bassist Clive Chaman, drummer Conrad Isidore,
and guitarist Bernie Holland. During the sessions for their album Hummingbird,
Jeff Beck briefly joined but did not contribute to the record. Released in 1975
by A&M Records, the self-titled album marked Hummingbird's first release.
