Himra
Himra, whose real name is Bakayoko Abdul Rahim, is an Ivorian rapper born on May
28, 1998, in Abidjan. He was introduced to French rap through La Fouine, before
immersing himself in American hip-hop culture, influenced in particular by
Travis Scott, Young Thug, and A$AP Rocky. Starting at age 9, he began
freestyling, then joined the group SBS before launching his solo career. He
released his first project, *Omega*, in 2018—a 14-track album featuring local
collaborators (Aura Corp, Sabe Joroko, Doliziana Debordo). In 2019, he released
