Vicente José Tito Falivene, known as Héctor Mauré, and born on March 13, 1920, in Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina, was a tango singer and composer. He began his career as a singer and composer of tango music, singing with Juan D'Arienzo's orchestra from 1940 to 1944. Mauré made 293 recordings for labels including Víctor, Orfeo, Columbia, and Music Hall, and as a composer, registered 26 themes with SADAIC.
