Hans Jörg Mammel is a German operatic tenor. Born in 1964 in Stuttgart, he
received his early singing lessons from the Stuttgarter Hymnus-Chorknaben. After
initially studying law, he studied music at the Hochschule für Musik Freiburg
under Winfried Toll, Werner Hollweg, and Ingeborg Most. His career progressed
after he completed various masterclasses, leading to performances across Europe
