Haiku D'etat
Haiku d'Etat is an American alternative hip hop group formed in 1997, consisting
of Aceyalone, Myka 9, and Abstract Rude. They are heavily affiliated with
Project Blowed, with Aceyalone and Abstract Rude being co-founders. Their debut
single "Los Dangerous" was released in 1997. Their self-titled debut album Haiku
d'Etat followed in 1999, featuring contributions from San Francisco Bay Area
musicians and produced by Adrian Burley. They regrouped in 2004 to release their
second album Coup de Theatre, produced by Fat Jack. Notable singles include
