Greg Laswell, born April 26, 1974 in Long Beach, California, is an American musician. He started his music career as the frontman for the San Diego-based band Shillglen from 1998 to 2001, releasing their album Sometimes I Feel in late 1999. Laswell's solo career began with the self-released album Good Movie in 2003, which won Best Local Recording at the San Diego Music Awards in 2004. He then signed to Vanguard Records and released his second studio album, Through Toledo, in 2006.
