Gravediggaz
Formed in 1992 in New York, Gravediggaz contributed to the emergence of the
horrorcore genre. Comprising rapper/producer Prince Paul aka The Undertaker and
his Stetsasoni sidekick Frukwa (The Gatekeeper), Wu-Tang Clan founder RZA (The
RZArector) and Too Poetic (The Grym Reaper), the quartet signed to the Gee Steet
label gave their all on their debut album 6 Feet Deep(Niggamortis in the UK),
released in August 1994. Alongside the hit "Diary of a Madman " (#82 on the
Billboard Hot 100), 6 Feet Deep was a pioneering influence, helping to define
