Stefan Altenburger, born 1968 in Zürich, Switzerland, is a Swiss electronic
musician and DJ known professionally as Golden Boy. After gaining recognition as
a visual artist-winning the Swiss Federal Prize for Design in 1991 and the Swiss
Federal Prize for the Arts in 1994-Altenburger turned to electronic dance music
in the 1990s under the aliases Klettermax and Golden Boy, releasing the
Klettermax EP on Source Records in 1998. His breakthrough came with the club hit
"Rippin Kittin" and the 2001 album Or, which featured vocal contributions from
