Giovanni D'Anzi, born on January 1, 1906, in Milan, Italy, was an Italian
composer. He showed early talent for the piano and wrote "O mia bela Madunina"
in 1935, dedicated to Milan. D'Anzi collaborated extensively with Alfredo
Bracchi from the 1930s to the 1950s, producing over 200 songs, many in Milanese
dialect. His compositions included "Nostalgia de Milan" (1932) and "Bambina
innamorata" (1937). He also wrote for radio, magazines, and cinema, with notable
