ふくい舞

Mai Fukui (born December 17, 1984) is a Japanese female singer-songwriter. She
was born in Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto. Her songwriting and lyric writing credits are
listed under the name "Maifukui". 18 years old, she started to aspire to be a
professional singer while working as a vocalist in a university light music
circle. In February 2008, she moved to Tokyo and debuted with the single "Ai no
Uta" on August 20, 2008. On January 1, 2011, she changed her artist name from
"Mai Fukui" to "Mai Fukui" to coincide with the release of her fourth single,
