Frode Fjellheim, born on August 27, 1959, in Mussere, Norway, is a Southern Sámi
musician and composer. Raised in Gausdal Municipality and Karasjok Municipality,
Fjellheim began his musical education at the Classical program at Trøndelag
Musikkonservatorium from 1980 to 1984. He released his debut album Sangen vi
glemte in 1991. In the 1990s, he led the Jazz Joik Ensemble, which later evolved
into Transjoik. Fjellheim composed "Eatnemen Vuelie" in 1996, a song that was
adapted for the opening musical number of Frozen in 2002. He has collaborated
