Born Franco Gabelli in Parma on May 7, 1953, the future Frank Michael left Italy
at the age of three. The singer grew up in Belgium, where he became popular with
a predominantly adult, female audience. He began to sing, and his declarations
of love to women were increasingly successful. Over the next two decades, the
