Frank Capp

Frank Capp, born Francis Cappuccio on August 20, 1931, in Worcester, Massachusetts, was an American jazz drummer who also played on numerous rock and roll sessions as a member of the Wrecking Crew. He began playing with Stan Kenton in early 1952, remaining until the end of that year, before joining Neal Hefti's group. The drummer often accompanied Peggy Lee on road dates, subsequently moved to Los Angeles to join Billy May, and played with musicians including Harry James, Charlie Barnet, Stan Getz, Art Pepper, and Dave Pell.
