Folarin Odunlami, better known as Fola or Fola Pondis, was born on April 26,
1999, in Lagos, Nigeria. Growing up in the vibrant city of Lagos, he was
immersed in a rich musical culture that fueled his love for music from a young
age. He spent six years honing his craft, developing his singing and songwriting
talents, before releasing the single “Ginger Me” with Bella Shmurda in 2022.
Other singles followed that same year, such as “Bella,” “First Things First,”
