Fernando Fernandez
Fernando Fernández was a Mexican actor, singer, and director born in Monterrey,
Mexico, on November 9, 1916. Known by nickname “El Crooner de México”, he began
his singing career in 1933 at radio station XEH in Monterrey before moving to
Mexico City, where he performed on stations XEN, XEB, and XET. He also spent six
months working for radio station Radio Mil Diez in Havana, Cuba. Fernández
achieved wider visibility for his roles in Mexican cinema, appearing in films
