Elkka
Emma Kirby, born in 1988 in Cardiff, Wales, is a Welsh producer, vocalist, and
DJ known as Elkka. After beginning her career as a songwriter, she shifted to
production in 2016, drawing inspiration from Laurie Anderson and Imogen Heap.
Elkka released her EP Every Body Is Welcome in 2019. In 2021, she earned the
Essential Mix of the Year award and was named BBC Radio 1 Resident the following
year. Her 2021 EP Euphoric Melodies showcased her blend of house and
electronica, while 2024 saw the release of her debut album Prism of Pleasure on
