Elaine Delmar, born Elaine Pamela Hutchinson on September 1, 1939, in Harpenden,
England, is a British singer and actress. She began her musical journey at age
six learning the piano and later performed on BBC's Children's Hour. At sixteen,
she started touring with her father Leslie "Jiver" Hutchinson's band. Delmar's
professional singing career commenced in the mid-1950s when she joined Coleridge
Goode's group The Dominoes. Her solo career began after leaving The Dominoes and
